What's on at Eden Baptist Church?

Tiddlywinks Our carers' & toddlers' group, which meets once a week at the church on Tuesday mornings, 10-11:30am.	Housegroups Groups that meet in people's homes for Bible Study, prayer, discussion and social events.
Discovery Club During the morning service, for children from the time they can walk to age 11. Have fun learning from the bible!	Mission We support a number of missionaries from the congregation who are dotted across the globe in Central / South America, the former Eastern bloc, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Far East.
Impact on Sunday A group for 11-14 year olds (school years 7-9) held during the second part of the Sunday morning service.	International Women's Group A group for women from overseas - a chance to meet people, do crafts, cooking and talk about different cultures. Friday mornings 10:00-11:30.
GAP A group for young people aged 14-18, meeting during some Sunday morning services and as a housegroup on Mondays.	"Explore" courses An opportunity to find out more about Christianity in a small and relaxed group. Check here for details on the next course.
Friday Impact A group for children 11 upwards with fun and games on Friday evenings, from 8:00-10:00pm.	Prayer Meetings Prayer is a vitally important part of the life of the church. We ask and encourage everyone committed to Eden to come to the monthly prayer meeting held on the second Thursday evening of each month. There are also weekly prayer meetings on Wednesday evenings and on Sunday before the morning service.
20s to 30s The group for, well, 20-30 somethings, with a chance to meet socially. There is a varied programme of events, and the group is keen to welcome newcomers to the church.	Not so Young A group for people over 50, meeting one Wednesday each month for a lunch and talk.
Women on Wednesday A group of women meeting fortnightly in the day time for fellowship, bible study and prayer	Open House A meeting at 8pm on the first Sunday of the month in a church members home, open to all. Come and get to know one another.
Eden Café Cofee and cakes for shoppers in the morning of the second Saturday of each month.	Grace Arts A group of Christians who love the arts and have created a community to think and work through how we can serve God and others with our gifts (Formerly "Eden Arts", this group is now based at Grace Church).
