Christianity Explored
Come along to an informal course to investigate Christianity in a relaxed setting.
What is Christianity Explored?
Christianity Explored is an informal course for people who'd like to investigate Christianity. Developed over ten years, Christianity Explored examines who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him today.
Who is Christianity Explored for?
Christianity Explored is for anyone who has questions about Christianity - and who would like to find out answers to them. It doesn't matter if you have just started coming to church, or if you've been going to church for years. Whatever your circumstances, if you would like to find out more about Christianity and what it means to be a Christian, then this course is for you.
What goes on?
Each course meets once a week and runs for 6 weeks. Around coffee and cakes, there is the chance to study the Bible together followed by a very short talk focussing on an aspect of Christian belief. There are group leaders who will help and answer questions. The course is designed to give you a relaxed opportunity to study first hand the Christian claims. You are welcome to ask any question you like or simply sit back and listen to others ask them. At Christianity Explored, you're not asked to pray, sing, or read aloud.
