Friday Impact...

Friday Impact is a group for young people aged 11-15 (school years 7-10). We meet on Friday evenings, from 8-9.30pm, for fun and games. Usually the venue is the back hall at Eden Chapel, but there are also regular special events. In the past couple of years these have included: a progressive supper in the homes of Eden members; punting trips; games on Midsummer Common; a town trail; and a yearly overnight camp.

Impact tries to provide a safe place where young people can meet each other, enjoy the evening and engage in constructive activity. It aims to create an environment where spiritual progress can be made and where leaders can develop good relationships with teens from church families, their friends and others who might like to join them.

As well as running fun social activities, we spend some time during the evening looking at what the bible has to say to us today.
