Donations to Eden

Eden Baptist Church exists to spread the good news about Jesus Christ to the glory of God. It is not our aim to make money. Therefore we make no charge for any of the services we provide by means of this web site.

However we also recognise that some people may wish to contribute, according to their means, to the costs of running services such as the recorded sermons ministry. This page provides an opportunity for you to do so if you wish. For this we use the services of PayPal, a recognised secure and efficient means of transferring funds on-line

When you click the button below, you will be transferred to a page on PayPal's web site, though Eden's logo will also appear. You should enter the amount you wish to donate in the box labelled "price" (please ignore the reference to value added tax - this is inapplicable to donations).

If you have your own PayPal account, you can complete the donation very simply - just log in to your own account via the upper box labelled "Pay fast with PayPal" and follow the instructions.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can donate using most major credit and debit cards - in this case select the button in the lower box labelled "Don't have a PayPal account?". You will then be presented with a form in which to enter your card details.

In either case, before you finally confirm your donation, you will have the opportunity (via a box near the bottom of the page) to enter any comments or special instructions. If you wish your donation to be used for a purpose other than offsetting the costs of the on-line sermon ministry, please make this clear.

Finally we would like to again stress that no-one should feel any obligation to donate, no matter how much you use our on-line ministry. Our aim is to serve the Lord.

Please note that the amount we receive will be the amount you donate, less PayPal's transaction fees, currently 3.4% + 0.20 GBP for all amounts under 1500 GBP.
